I am honored and dedicated to serving the residents of North Topsail Beach as your elected Alderman. My long-standing commitment to public service and community protection is now focused on ensuring a safe, resilient, and well-managed future for our town.

A Foundation of Public Safety and Resilience

My career has been defined by over 30 years in law enforcement, a commitment I maintain today as an Auxiliary Police Officer right here in North Topsail Beach. This deep understanding of public safety remains a cornerstone of my work on the Board.

Equally critical for our coastal community is my extensive experience as an Emergency Management Planner. This specialized skill set is invaluable as we continually enhance our preparedness and response strategies to local disasters, ensuring the safety and quick recovery of our residents and properties.

Leadership Built on Transparency and Inclusion

As your Alderman, I believe in transparent and inclusive leadership. My priority is to be an accessible and responsive voice for everyone who contributes to our community—including full-time residents, second-home owners, investment property owners, and visitors.

I am dedicated to protecting the safety, resilience, and welcoming spirit of North Topsail Beach for generations to come.

I am deeply committed to the future and well-being of our entire community. I have a special appreciation for the unique history and enduring spirit of the historic Ocean City Beach community - which has long been a beacon of resilience, a place of rich cultural heritage, and home to the annual Ocean City Beach Jazz Festival.

With a deep understanding of our community's unique needs, I am committed to prioritizing public safety and continuing to work collaboratively with our first responders to ensure North Topsail Beach remains a safe and secure place for all residents and visitors.
